Exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to work for an established family run supported living and residential services for vulnerable people with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

The Role includes:
9. Lead and supervise staff teams to ensure the delivery of day-to-day support to service users.
10. Assist the Registered Manager in general care and health care administration tasks, including arranging cover for staff holidays and absences, involvement in individual care plans, health action plans, risk assessments, new service user admissions, service user review meetings, and being part of an 'on call' rota.
11. Participate in and supervise Lifestyle activities for service users within the service and the community.
12. Support with personal care and administration of medication.

18. Experience of supporting adults with complex needs and learning difficulties
19. Experience working in a supervisory role
20. Car driver with full UK driving license
