Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Salary up to £27,000 – dependent on experience
Hours: 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday (30 minute lunch break)
Hybrid: 2 days onsite, Tuesday and Thursday and 3 days WFH
9-month contract starting ASAP

Our client, established in 2006, has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a forward-thinking, passionate, and friendly company.
Responsibilities: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
* Raise purchase orders and works orders for both raw materials and finished goods with a keen eye for detail to ensure pricing and volumes are as planned and KPIs achieved.
* Review and confirm order confirmations, with accurate maintenance of information related to the order process in related systems and documents.
* Booking of transport, capturing all proof of deliveries, and managing a clear filing process.
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that all orders arrive on time and in full, monitoring and promptly escalating any changes, delays, or concerns to the team to ensure we achieve associated KPIs.
* Following through the goods receiving process, including creating supplier receipts and goods receiving purchase orders, obtaining, and filing proof of deliveries and transferring stock between locations on our systems to support effective warehouse put-aways.
* Administration for internal systems (ERP & WMS), including stock item set up and transfers and adjustments, ensuring best practice is adhered to.
* Updating and ensuring accuracy of our product and supplier master data.
* Obtaining, filing, and sending of delivery notes and raw material CoAs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Supply Chain & Procurement support on an ad-hoc basis.
* Rework support on an ad-hoc basis.
Skills / Experience: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
* Computer literate, competent with Excel and Sage
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
