The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in students' learning and committed to delivering high-quality lessons that inspire young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
2. Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
3. Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of students.
4. Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
6. Encourage students to develop a love for Mathematics and help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
3. Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
5. A passion for education and improving student outcomes.
6. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
