In this role, as OSB Group continues its transformative journey under the Modernisation programme which is set to digitise the Bank, you will ensure the effective end to end planning & delivery of data migration, ensuring seamless data transfer and integration across systems, using agile methodologies. Under the direction of the Lead Data Product Owner, the role holder will work with a cross functional team utilising their own technical background to lead the team, manage scope, as well as coordinating and executing migration activities. The role also includes evaluating and managing risks/ issues, ensuring delivery of the supporting components to time & quality, in coordination with Business representatives, IT, Engineering, Vendors and others teams within the Modernisation Programme. Your responsibilities will include… Providing strategic leadership and accountability for the day-to-day planning, coordination and management of the data migration process, ensuring effective oversight of the project life cycle, optimising workflows and driving the successful execution of objectives with precision and efficiency. Working across multiple functional work streams to understand data usage and implication for data migration Creation and ownership of the detail workstream delivery plan, that aligns with the Product Owner’s high level roadmap Identifying, evaluating, communicating and managing priorities, risks, dependencies and opportunities across the workstream, Engaging, managing & coordinating internal & external stakeholders, delivery partners & vendors to ensure deliver excellence outcomes inline with business and performance goals/ OKRs Supporting the product owner & business analysis team in prioritising backlogs, participating in agile ceremonies and identifying areas for improvement which can be implemented Working with subject matter experts and project teams to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements Provision of technical expertise in digitisation & engineering to the cross functional team, to aid coordination & execution of the delivery plan, and ensure delivery momentum Acting as the primary point of contact for migration related updates and issues resolution Travel will be expected to our Chatham and Wolverhampton offices with presence in London being required on a frequent basis We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £90,000 - £95,000 and a competitive benefits package including: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 25% 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Contributory pension ( 8% employer 5% employee) Life Assurance (4x salary) plus Group Income Protection Access to Private Medical Insurance and Medical Cash Plan Additional benefits such as Hybrid working, Cycle Purchase scheme, Technology Purchase scheme, Season Ticket Loan, Holiday purchase / sell schemes, Employee Perk Portals, Payroll giving and Save as you Earn scheme We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below: Previous work experience in an Agile Delivery Lead or Programme Manager role preferably within Financial Services Experience working on complex data migration programmes with multiple stakeholders and vendors Significant technical understanding of domains services, software development processes, technologies and architecture is essential Qualification in PMI, MSP or other project / programme management or Agile qualification We also believe that your career and how you progress is as unique as your individual personality.
