Job overview
We are looking for motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health nurses to work in our male and female acute inpatient wards at St Georges Park.
You will act as a Primary/Named Nurse within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, and needs-based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.

* Must be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
* Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes.
* Contribute to the education and development of the workforce and students.
* Safely administer medication following Trust policies and practice guidelines.
* Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity, in line with the trust values.
* The Service offers in-depth assessment and treatment for our service users, which incorporates a wide selection of needs-based interventions, formulation and risk assessments.

Qualifications
Experience
* One year or over experience as a qualified nurse.
* Previous ECT Experience.
* Experience of working with service users with complex mental health/learning disability needs.
* ILS trained.
Skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Collaborative working.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
