Job Description
3. Accurate processing of purchase invoices.
4. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
5. Assisting with payment runs and cash allocation.
6. Handling supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Maintaining financial records and purchase ledger.
8. Contributing to the month-end process and reporting.
9. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
10. Compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
11. A solid understanding and hands-on experience with accounting principles and purchase ledger.
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
