This role also involves remote weekend inbox monitoring on a 2-on, 2-off rota.

What You'll Be Doing As The Facilities Administrator:
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's facilities and services. Your responsibilities include:
1. Inbox Management: Oversee a busy inbox, raising new jobs, logging updates, and responding to enquiries efficiently.
2. Data Organisation: Keep the portal updated with accurate job details, track purchase orders, and input critical data.
3. Client and Subcontractor Liaison: Communicate effectively about job statuses, schedules, access, materials, and safety information while maintaining top-tier customer service.
4. Reporting & Compliance: Generate monthly reports, distribute job information, and ensure all trackers and portals are compliant and up to date.
5. Coordination: Handle RAMs, Permits to Work, and bookings with centre management, while preparing and tracking budgets.
6. Support: Provide cover for Service Manager and other admin staff during holidays.
As A Facilities Administrator You Will Have:
1. Experience: Solid administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with facilities management and Job Logic is a bonus.
2. Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organisational abilities. A proactive problem solver with great attention to detail.
3. Mindset: A team player who excels under pressure and delivers outstanding customer service.
