We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our dynamic telecommunications company. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support via various channels, resolving and escalating customer issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
* Engage with a wide range of technologies, including broadband, Wi-Fi, and FTTP solutions.
* Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
