Project Manager (NHS/Healthcare) – Hybrid, York – Up to £55k - MUST BE ELGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in NHS or healthcare projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team. The Role: You will manage a portfolio of NHS-related projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Project Planning & Delivery: Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary contact for all project-related communications.
* Financial Management: Track project budgets and provide regular updates on financial progress and revenue recognition.
* Change Control & Quality Assurance: Manage project changes, ensuring quality control and compliance with processes.
* Issue Resolution: Lead on escalations and resolve issues effectively to keep projects on track.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing NHS or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
* Industry-recognized certification in project management (Prince2 or equivalent).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small engagements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* MUST BE ELGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARNACE (THIS REQUIRES AT LEAST 5 YEARS RESIDENCY IN THE UK)
