This is an opportunity to work across 2 locations at our Portadown and Newry branches over a total of 38 hours per week. We are flexible to consider a job share if only 1 of these locations is suitable. Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 Sat 08.00 - 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs RESPONSIBLITIES: Manage all customer accounts to ensure they are balanced Follow up with credit and debtor accounts as required Solve and direct incoming enquiries as appropriate Advise customers of payment methods and account offerings Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner Work with JP Corry branch and central teams to manage credit control Liaise with the National Payment Centre as required Help on a busy trade counter/shop floor as required Any other duties as may be deemed necessary to ensure business objectives are met SUITABLE APPLICANTS WILL IDEALLY BE/HAVE: Proven experience working in a similar financially focused administration role Ability to work with Stirling and Euro currency Methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload Good communication skills Understanding of the building and construction industry would be advantageous, though not essential TO APPLY for this role click Apply below JP Corry is an equal opportunities employer
