Join AZAD as an Operations Analyst to support and assist the Conferencing Services program under the Business Operations & Services organization. This position will assist the program with evaluating, developing, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies. This position provides systems and customer services assistance for online virtual meeting platforms and conference room management/support.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Portland, OR with onsite 1-2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $36.11 - $42.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management, organizational development (or related field) is preferred.
2. 5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3. 7 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
4. 9 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business and operations analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
5. 2 years of Visio experience.
6. 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
7. 1 year of experience in website editing.
8. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
