The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the site and will work with key stakeholders including the Senior Operations Management Team, Planning Teams and Engineering Team. The successful candidate should possess the following; Job Requirements Develop and manage key relationships internally and externally Strong commercial acumen and operational experience Analyse performance of areas of activity in relation to performance targets Develop strategies and business plans to ensure contractual delivery and support business growth Manage and mitigate risk across a variety of platforms Lead cross-functional teams in cost reduction initiatives to improve competitiveness Manage overall site performance, within a secure and regulated environment environment. Continuous improvement mindset Responsible for specific client relationship(s), with regular review of contract performance and proactive management of issues.
