Kenneth Brian Associates, are recruiting for a leader in their field as they look for an interim Finance Manager to join their team for a period of 6 months to cover sick leave. Main Duties: Management of a small team of 5 with 1 direct report. Month and year-end Profit and Loss accounts Manage company’s ongoing monthly and annual cashflow and produce budgets and forecasts Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, executed and monitored Monitor all accounts including processing all invoices for purchases and sales Preparing financials statements Process quarterly VAT returns Manage Fixed Asset Register Monthly Management Accounts All reconciliations Supervise preparation of monthly payments to creditors Month end procedures - including prepayments and accruals Monthly Payroll and Commission calculations Liaison with Directors / External Accountant About You: Intermediate/Advanced Excel MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE Able to prioritise and meet deadlines Staff management experience
