We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant role based in the Skipton area.
* Contract: Permanent
* Full-time Office Based
* Hours: 37.5-40 hrs
Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase and sales invoices, payments, and receipts.
* Assisting in reconciling control accounts and bank statements.
* General administration duties such as filing documents and managing correspondence.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Preparing financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Maintaining financial records.
* Ensuring precise and thorough data entry.
The successful candidate:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Holds a financial qualification (e.g., AAT).
* Has experience in a similar role and can work to deadlines.
