The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong administrative skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, as well as other computerised systems
* The ability to be empathetic and sensitive to clients’ individual financial situations
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A resourceful and determined approach to problem-solving
* Confidence in building relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external service providers and trainers
* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion
