Holt Engineering are working with a high-profile company in the Swanwick area who are looking for a friendly Sales Coordinator.

The successful Sales Coordinator will represent the company in every interaction they have. This is a permanent position paying from £28,000.
As a Sales Coordinator you will be:
1. Responding to incoming aftersales and warranty requests
2. Logging and maintaining a detailed tracker of all support requests & spare parts orders
3. Preparing costings, quotations and invoices
4. Coordinating refit projects, including shipping logistics and import/export of vessels
5. Off-site works whilst liaising with and updating clients' order progress
6. Planning of works in collaboration with the production team
7. Arranging all travel bookings and logistics for aftersales visits
8. Working with customs agencies
To be a successful Sales Coordinator:
1. Proactive, can-do attitude with a drive to boost sales
2. Experience in sales, negotiations, and quoting works
3. Experience with ERP software (ideally Sage 200)
4. Experience working in a client-facing role
5. Strong knowledge of the marine sector
6. Advanced Microsoft Office skills

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 17:30pm with an early finish on Fridays!
