What You Will Do
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with divisional leaders to shape the future of our organization:
1. Collaborate and Influence: Partner with senior stakeholders, including the Divisional MD, to challenge assumptions, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making.
2. Strategic Leadership: Align business goals with organizational priorities, contributing to the strategic planning process.
3. Operational Excellence: Take ownership of the financial performance of business units, relaying key insights, identifying risks, and uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes.
4. Real-Time Decision Support: Offer timely analysis and become a trusted advisor, delivering critical financial insights and innovative solutions.
5. Process Improvement: Manage month-end processes, streamline operations, and lead forecasting and planning for divisional performance.
6. Collaboration and Innovation: Work alongside the finance team and cross-functional peers as a trusted advisor to deliver best-in-class reporting, forecasting, and transformational initiatives.
What You Will Have
Your expertise will be key to driving OneAdvanced's success. You'll bring:
1. Professional Excellence: Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) - ideally with a degree in a relevant field.
2. Analytical Strength: Strong financial planning, modelling, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
3. Technological Savvy: Experience with Salesforce.com and BI tools is a plus.
4. Effective Communication: Exceptional presentation, writing, and Excel skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
5. Commercial Acumen: A proactive, insightful, and detail-oriented approach to business challenges.
6. Leadership Potential: Experience leading projects, teams, or participating in leadership programs.

Salary: £54,000 - £66,000 per annum + great benefits, pension, hybrid working.
