Hours: 1 x Full time (36 hours per week), 1 x Part time (27 hours per week)
Job Status: Fixed Term for 12 months to cover period of maternity
Location: Leeds Office with opportunities for agile (hybrid) working
Salary: £31,435.25 (full time equivalent) & £23,576.44 (pro rata for 27 hours)

Skills for Care has exciting opportunities for 2 x HR Officers to join our People Team. You will manage recruitment activity, onboarding activity including drafting contracts and offer, completing right to work checks & supporting inductions. You will contribute to payroll administration, learning and development activity and data management. Our HR Officers provide advice, guidance and support to all our internal and external customers.
You will be an experienced HR generalist, with experience of recruitment & selection coordination and experience and knowledge of using HR systems,
