Summary:
Our client, a leading international Media agency recognised for its innovation and commitment to high-quality design and marketing, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their flagship London office. This role will be integral to the marketing and new business team, working closely with the head of marketing across multiple locations. The Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, and client-facing visuals, and supporting the agency’s marketing and new business pitch assets.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring a strong foundation in visual design and a proactive approach to our client's team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging pitch decks, reports, credentials, and templates, as well as contributing to social media and marketing assets. This role demands someone with exceptional attention to detail who is skilled in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and time management.
Responsibilities:
* Design and create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, including pitch decks, reports, and credentials, to support client-facing projects as well as creating other graphics work using MS Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
* Managing end- to end creative process, from concept development to final delivery ensuring alignment with project briefs and timelines.
* Develop and maintain company templates, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
* Work closely with the marketing and new business teams to support content needs across the agency’s social media and promotional assets.
* Uphold the brand's visual identity across all designs, ensuring that all materials are on-brand, accurate, and consistent with internal guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or Presentation Designer in a similar role, ideally from an agency environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint at both user-level and technical level, with solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
* A strong understanding of UI components for social media platforms with the ability to accurately replicate them to create credible presentation examples.
* Organization: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Collaboration: A team player with a proactive attitude, growth mindset, and alignment with the agency's collaborative culture.
