At MMGY we inspire people to go places. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Media Manager in our London office. This position is responsible for managing integrated media buys and planning needs across a portfolio of clients in the travel industry. MMGY media team members possess a strong curiosity to learn, are creative and collaborative thinkers to ensure delivery of new media solutions and must have a drive to deliver maximum and efficient value for our client’s media investments. Knowledge across digital, traditional, social and B2B channels is preferred. MMGY is looking for a collaborative, team player with a strong work ethic and aptitude for learning more about data driven marketing. Tasks include: Strategic Media Planning Planning and buying across a mix of digital, including programmatic and traditional media channels. Understand and incorporate marketing objectives into client media plans Distribute media RFPs, working with vendors on negotiation and proactive ideation against client KPIs Assist in the development of client KPIs Budget management with oversight of billing accuracy and on schedule according to client requirements Steward campaigns, which includes daily campaign activation, management, optimisation and post-campaign reporting with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Campaign Oversight Lead ongoing optimisation and communication to clients, vendors and internal teams Monitoring performance of client campaigns in collaboration with the analytics team Assist with campaign set up and execution including development of purchase orders and insertion orders, aggregating specs and working with finance and account teams on billing documentation Team Collaboration Attend vendor meetings to gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of media options, partner features and market opportunities. Ensure client objectives are being discussed with relevant vendors in an ongoing manner. Participate in client presentations, support on client presentations and status meetings as well as all other client-facing media deliverables.
