They are looking for a driven, hand-on Head of Sales to lead their business development function for the agency. This is an exciting move for someone who would love to step into the role, make it their own and, in time, build out a solid sales function beneath them.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
* Identify and win new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CMO’s, Marketing Directors and senior decision-makers.
* Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline development and conversion tracking.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
* Drive sustainable revenue growth, ensuring long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
What you'll need to apply
* Proven experience in a senior sales role, within an agency environment.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and succeeding sales targets.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
