We are looking for X2 Office Administrators to join our fantastic central Admin Hub at Newground Together. This office-based position requires travel to various locations within and around Halifax. Your work week will be divided among our hub locations, including: Bull Green House (HX1 2EB), Elland Community Hub (HX5 9DL), and the Pellon Hub (HX2 0QA). In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for overseeing reception tasks, maintaining databases, and supporting event coordination, while fostering a professional and inviting atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of our projects.
Please note that this position is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months

Outline Of Key Responsibilities For Officer Administrator…
* Providing professional administration support to Newground staff in liaison with the Management Systems Coordinator. General typing / mail merge / photocopying / collating information, scanning documents / maintaining spreadsheets/databases
* Actively collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and implement actionable improvements, ensuring a consistent focus on enhancing the customer service experience
* Ensure the customer relationship management database is kept up to date with all the required information for each contact.
* To use social media to find and engage with potential customers, listen to brand chatter and drive traffic to the company website. .
* Collating paperwork relating to funding / audits, collate monitoring details for submission to the charity.
* To create a professional atmosphere in the reception area, it's important to regularly update all displayed materials so that they accurately reflect the organization's current services and values and enhances the visitors experience
* Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors at Newground by promptly answering external telephone calls, clearly relaying messages, and efficiently managing the mail room for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* To monitor and control stationery and office stock supply and order refreshments and cleaning products for bases.
* Organising the refreshments for meetings and assist with room bookings, administration of internal and external events; updating spreadsheet bookings/room bookings / purchasing refreshments/obtaining costs etc

* We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about working in different offices. This office-based role necessitates travel to several sites within and around Halifax. * Experience in delivering comprehensive administrative services within a team setting. Capable of working effectively with team members to achieve performance objectives, overseeing reception and front-of-house duties, while maintaining a high level of professional service.
* Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with individuals both over the phone and in-person. This includes offering hands-on support across a variety of tasks, backed by extensive experience in engaging with a diverse range of customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
