Do you have a natural ability to connect with children and a desire to make a real difference in their education? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Loughborough.
In this rewarding role, you’ll:
✅ Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
✅ Provide tailored one-on-one support to students who need extra help
✅ Create a positive and engaging learning environment
✅ Help with supervising students and supporting their development
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (essential)
Skills: Strong communication, excellent organisation, and the ability to take initiative
Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
Bonus points if you have additional qualifications related to education or childcare!
