Look no further We are currently seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses to become part of our dedicated Community Mental Health Team. Based at Aylesbury at the Whiteleaf Centre, our team is committed to providing exceptional care and treatment to adults with mental health challenges. Our goal is to deliver patient-centered care of the highest quality, while supporting our staff in their roles and fostering their professional growth. As part of the Aylesbury CMHT, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes medical professionals, psychological therapists, social workers, occupational therapists, RMNs, and support workers. We also collaborate with third-sector workers who specialise in employment, housing, and social needs. To bridge the gap between patients and clinicians, we have also introduced Peer Support Workers who bring the invaluable perspective of lived experience. This role carries an incentive premium of £3,500 (pro-rata) which will be paid in instalments over an 18 month period. Please note that this scheme is not open to existing employees of Oxford Health and is subject to a claw back clause. Further information will be provided. Main duties of the job In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to deliver exceptional care to our patients. We are looking for someone who works well in a team, but also has the ability to work independently using their own initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of mental health and the impact this can have on a person's wellbeing. You will need to be organized, flexible and committed to delivering the highest possible care to our client group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good lT skills, are essential. Ideally, you will have experience working in adult mental health services and understand the challenges that working with this client group brings. However, if you have transferrable skills and are motivated to learn about our client group we would encourage you to apply.
