We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team of PAs. This exciting job vacancy is filled with job satisfaction, providing care to a young adult living in Crawley, West Sussex.
As a personal assistant/care assistant, you’ll join our dedicated care team, providing 1:1 support for our client. Your role will support the client to live independently and happily within their family home.

Flexible Hours.
Overtime Available - Weekday/Weekend/Evening Work Available (e.g. Wednesday 18:30pm-20:30pm; Saturday 18:30-20:30pm).
Local Work.
Duties include:
To get gentleman up in the morning using hoist.
Providing personal care.
Administering medication.
Assistance with eating and drinking.
Cooking
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Essential:
We’re looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who is patient, well organised and cheerful.
If successful DBS and Reference Checks are required.
Candidate must live within the Crawley area or surrounding areas where access to transport is feasible.
Ability to speak & read English to a reasonable standard.
Desirable:
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we will provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
Full UK Driving License.
