We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth operations across all marketing activities. This role is key in keeping projects on track, liaising between teams, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with brand objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and a love for fashion and retail.

About the Role
1. Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
2. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels by coordinating assets, schedules, and approvals.
3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to deliver digital marketing activities (paid media & email), ensuring assets and copy are delivered within deadlines.
5. Maintain a detailed marketing calendar, tracking campaign launches, product focuses, and store openings.
6. Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Merch teams to ensure the business’s critical path is on track and all teams are aligned with project expectations.
7. Assist with managing budgets, supplier setup, invoice processing, and expense tracking, ensuring timely payments and processing.
8. Partner with peers across Marketing, PR, E-commerce, and Retail teams to maintain reporting capabilities and track marketing performance.
9. Organise marketing meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
10. Keep track of marketing assets, ensuring they are stored and easily accessible.
11. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
1. 1+ year of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills.
4. Impeccable organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
6. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
