Video Producer We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Video Producer to take on this varied role in the heart of production. You’ll be a lead camera operator and editor - a key player in a small and friendly team. Please note that we are not able to accommodate hybrid working in this role. REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years proven industry experience Professional camera operation and lighting experience essential Expert use and knowledge of Davinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere essential Be able to work with LOG footage and colour grade accordingly Knowledge of Adobe After Effects an advantage (but not essential) Drone operation experience and flier ID an advantage (but not essential) A UK Drivers Licence. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Liaising directly with clients Suggesting creative solutions and working on creative concepts to sign off Organising shooting schedules, logistics, crew and equipment; carrying out recees; booking studios, actors, voice over artists etc. Production work Camera operation on shoots Setting up lighting on shoots Shooting with DJI gimbals, such as RS4 Pro, on location Preparing equipment for shoots Be able to travel to and carry out a shoot alone Use lapel/boom microphones and monitor sound levels competently when shooting alone. Post Production Colour grade footage Edit project to completion using Davinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premier Pro THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO Plan, shoot and edit video content independently and without micro-management Contribute to the early stages of production, both in terms of creative concept and production logistics. Operate broadcast quality cameras, and be prepared to familiarise themselves with our in-house cameras to a point of expert use (Sony FX6, Sony FX3, Sony FS7) Work in a more specific role on set as part of a larger production team Advise clients on an appropriate creative approach to their requirement Stay well organised and offer immediacy of communication to colleagues and clients Stay flexible and demonstrate an ability to adapt to last minute changes whilst filming
