**Reports to:** Head of HR - UK
**Direct Reports:** 1 Senior Manager – HRBP (based in Bangladesh)
**Working Relationships:** Partnering all levels, including Senior Leadership Team and Managing Director

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategy:** Develop, influence, and implement a commercially focused HR Roadmap to achieve positive results.
2. **Talent Management:** Partner with leaders and managers to deliver talent management processes, including succession planning and career pathways.
3. **Performance Management:** Coach managers in setting challenging KPIs/KRAs and driving the performance appraisal process.
4. **Reward and Recognition:** Manage and create value-adding reward and recognition programmes, coordinating with the CFO.
5. **Employee Engagement:** Drive the annual employee survey, analyse results, and create action plans to improve engagement levels.
6. **Learning and Development:** Embed a culture of continuous personal development through training opportunities.
7. **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Support recruitment processes, review staffing levels, and ensure effective integration and retention.
8. **Employee Relations:** Guide managers on HR issues, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
9. **Employee Wellbeing:** Review and deliver the employee wellbeing strategy.
10. **Internal Communications:** Oversee people updates during company-wide events and produce communication updates.

**Experience/Skills Required:**
- Post Graduate in Human Resources, MBA with specialization in HR, or CIPD Full Qualified.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer or retail environment, Fashion/Lifestyle, or other relevant service-oriented organisations.
- Experience in global multi-location organisations with strong developmental HR accomplishments is an advantage.
- Proven success in building high-performing teams and fostering employee growth.
