You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure all marketing activities align with commercial goals. Marketing strategy & planning Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with Neos Networks’ business objectives. Create and oversee integrated marketing plans, including digital, content, PR, events, and partner marketing. Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform and refine the strategy. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI. Campaign management & execution Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Ensure campaigns are creative, engaging, and aligned with Neos Networks’ brand positioning. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline growth and revenue goals. Oversee performance tracking, making data-backed decisions to optimise campaigns. Leadership & people management Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring the team delivers against agreed targets. Promote collaboration across departments, ensuring marketing supports commercial goals. Stakeholder engagement Act as a key liaison between marketing and senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Present marketing plans, performance metrics, and insights to senior leadership. Influence and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in for marketing initiatives. Time management & agility Prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skills & experience Strategic marketing expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies in the telecoms sector. Campaign & demand generation: Strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact. Leadership & team development: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Data-driven decision making: Proficiency in marketing analytics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Stakeholder management: Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Time management & flexibility: Ability to prioritise effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). CIM or equivalent marketing qualification (desirable). Proven years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in B2B tech or telecoms (B2B essential, sector experience desired).
