We’re looking for an Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our managed services business, which includes HR services, compliance services, IT services, payroll services, and health and safety services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior operations role within a managed services environment and possess strong leadership and team management skills. You’ll need in-depth knowledge of HR, compliance, IT, payroll, and health and safety services. We need your excellent strategic planning skills and execution capabilities to develop and implement operational strategies whilst also being an inspirational leader to mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.

Location: Remote Working/Flexible Location
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
