Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the team with billing, faxing, scanning, printing, etc.
* Liaising with clients, handling client file opening, and conducting conflict checks.
* Performing admin duties to various practice groups.
* Diary and inbox management.
* Managing expenses.
Requirements:
We’re seeking CILEx qualification, strong knowledge of MS Packages, highly literate, with strong customer service skills.
