A truly exciting role to be part of the Global Supply Chain Planning Lead team, this role will be responsible to lead day to day operations, governance forums and processes within the Planning team while managing interfaces with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Strategy, Procurement and Finance. The incumbent in this role is expected to own, facilitate and drive key processes which are critical for the successful operation of the Global Planning Team and deliver its strategic 2025-27 stated objectives. This role reports to the VP, Global Supply Planning. In this role you will: Deliver Planning Strategic Objectives Design and deliver key planning integration or transformation projects, ensure the critical activities remain on track. LT sponsor and delivery owner of key identified workstreams. Accountable for delivery of stated objectives. Cross Therapy Planning LT face with key stakeholders for identified projects, ensure key stakeholders are aligned with and planning objectives are visible and integrated Be the Risk Management Expert (RME) for the Global Planning, ensure Risk management processes are in place and integrated to SC governance Ensure effective resource allocation across planning teams and ensure quarterly priorities remain in track Lead Annual activity to work across the Planning Lead team to build yearly objectives. Support VP of SC Planning to build first draft and run cascade and peer review sessions in Q4 of the year. Link into SC Operations lead, SC performance team for Strategy deployment process and metrics cascade. Drive Planning Team Governance Model Lead flawless execution of governance process to ensure key FY objectives are met or over delivered Lead planning team through weekly performance meetings to ensure timely decisions can be taken and performance management is in place. Lead planning team through Monthly performance meetings and ensure effective co-ordination with SCLT and Global Supply Chanin Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR's) Lead Planning LT team through bimonthly Risk Management Compliance Board (RMCB) with timely feeds from all therapy teams across planning. Ensure risk register is maintained accurately, and relevant risks are escalated timely to SC risk meetings Lead design and preparation of Planning LT face to face meetings, working with key members of the LT to design Input-Process-Output (IPO) Ensure planning governance processes intersect and synchronize with other functional governance. Required Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or relevant discipline Role requires a good understanding of key SC business processes and how they interact and feed broader governance across SC, GSC, Tech & Commercial Possesses good understanding of all the main areas of PMO management & project management. Worked in a matrix environment, ability to influence & effectively progress/ drive specific issues. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills especially ability to connect with and influence business stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated effective communications skills both written & oral coupled with the ability to tailor to any one of a wide variety of audiences, Preferred Qualifications and experience: Masters, PhD or further training in relevant discipline Experience in planning roles directly supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites in a regulated industry, i.e. Pharma, FMCG, Consumer Ability to translate objectives into long term strategy and short-term tactical planning. Agile and willingness to learn.
