About the Role: Deputy Manager - Care
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing care plans and ensuring regular updates.
2. Managing medication processes, including audits and stock control.
3. Supporting and motivating the care team to deliver exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
1. Relevant qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3).
2. A minimum of three years’ experience in a residential/nursing home setting, including dementia care.
3. Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding principles.
4. Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management and communication skills.
5. Residence within 30 minutes of the home.
Preferred Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 4 or higher in Adult Health and Social Care.
2. Experience supervising teams in a similar role.
