Purpose of the Role Join the Talent, Performance and Reward team as the Reward Specialist where you'll responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice reward systems, processes and procedures, and play a pivotal role as a subject matter expert who will partner across all business functions, external partners and VW Group to drive compliance and best practice. Reporting into the Head of Culture, Talent & Reward your main responsibilities include; Analysis of data and preparation of concepts, insights and outcomes for Board approval, in liaison with Finance Preparation and submission of the executive and management remuneration budgets Implementation of Collective Bargaining compensation elements alongside Labour Relations team. As well as advising on policy, practice & concepts for Collective Bargaining pay increase and bonus payments and implementation in liaison with payroll Lead preparation for the Executive Promotion Round, ensuring compliance with VW Group procedures Lead all reward and benefits benchmarking activities, up to Executive level, procure and work with external benchmarking partners as appropriate Make recommendations for continuous optimisation and best practice adoption SuccessFactors Compensation module owner and expert, responsible for system configuration, delivery, reporting and ongoing system enhancements and updates Support process optimisation initiatives, to increase efficiencies, improve consistency, increase adoption and ensure compliance across the function About The Team The Performance and Reward team is part of the HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), working alongside teams specialising in talent development and HR Digital. As part of the wider CoE team, we also work cross functionally to deliver a broad and deep range of technical people outcomes to the business across Performance and Reward, Talent acquisition, learning and development, Colleague Engagement and HR Digitalisation.
