We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a friendly, well-established company near Long Hanborough.
The role is for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, until March 2026 - there is potential for this role to become permanent after the initial contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering customer queries via phone, email & live chat
2. Complaint handling
3. Processing orders & returns
4. Providing technical support
5. Raising engineer visits
6. Liaising with field engineers
The ideal candidate will be friendly and personable, have good attention to detail, take pride in completing work to a high standard, and be reliable with excellent time-keeping.
