The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a prominent retail shopping centre, with a focus on strong engagement with occupiers to fully understand and support their business needs.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Oversee centre teams (administrators, security, cleaning) through regular checks to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring operations meet health, safety, and company standards.
* Monitor contractor performance, review RAMS, and issue Permits to Work as needed.
* Address tenant issues and complaints promptly, ensuring quick resolution.
* Lead meetings with key stakeholders, including tenants and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with local authorities, BID representatives, and other stakeholders to enhance asset value.
* Provide performance insights during client meetings, contributing to strategy discussions.
* Manage the service charge budget, keeping expenditure within agreed limits.
* Ensure KPIs are met through close collaboration with contract managers.
* Ensure compliance with RICS, ISO, and internal standards, and monitor statutory obligations.
* Support environmental strategies, focusing on energy reduction, recycling, and waste minimization.
* Work with external marketing teams on digital, offline, and social media campaigns, overseeing events and charity initiatives.
* Drive the centre's commercialisation strategy, generating income and adding value
The ideal candidate will have a background in retail shopping centre management and be capable of liaising effectively between the client, surveyors, and tenants to drive the performance and improvement of the asset. An IOSH is essential, whilst a NEBOSH or IWFM qualification would be viewed favourably.
