Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Exeter, Sowton.
Job Type: Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:00, Sat rota: 8:00-12:30 (occasional on rota basis)
Salary: £26,500 starting salary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the timely and precise delivery of daily produce to clients.
2. Verify orders processed, customer site information, and pricing accuracy.
3. Streamline communication with clients and suppliers.
4. Uphold excellent customer service standards, primarily through phone and email.
5. Record and enter all client orders meticulously.
6. Maintain high standards of client data for accurate deliveries and effective communication.
7. Utilise an electronic CRM-style computer database for managing information.
