Chartwell Trust Care are looking for Support Workers to provide outstanding support to our residents. Full Time, 36 hours per week.
Chartwell Trust Care runs a number of residential care homes and supported living services throughout Leicester, supporting individuals with complex behaviours, Autism, and/or learning disabilities.
This role is challenging but does bring a sense of satisfaction like no other. You'll be able to think outside of the box, coming up with creative solutions and new ways of working. Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate and person centred support to individuals and liaise with other professionals to ensure all needs are met.
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and care provided.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
* Drive to various locations as needed to deliver services and support.
