The Role
As a Tech and Infrastructure Officer, you'll:
1. Work as part of the digital team to provide exceptional customer service and experience.
2. Support, manage, and maintain the core digital infrastructure for the Kingdom Group. Provide a customer-focused front-line support service and carry out project work for core digital systems.
3. Keep up to date with security vulnerabilities, monitor and review security systems, and take appropriate action.
4. Ensure we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standards and take appropriate action.
You will provide a customer-focused digital support service to employees of the Kingdom Group and support employees to maximize their use of digital services, enabling the development of great services within the business as digital advocates.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
* HNC level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
* At least two years of relevant experience.
* Experience configuring and implementing new digital systems.
* Knowledge and understanding of digital security.
* Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
* The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Analytical skills and good attention to detail.
