Forza Doors is a market leader in premium timber products, with a revenue of £33M and ambitious growth plans. We’re on an exciting journey, and we need a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, build strong relationships, and expand our brand presence in the South 1 region.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Grow and manage sales in your region, smashing revenue targets.
✅ Build long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and specifiers.
✅ Provide expert advice on our product range and ensure industry compliance.
✅ Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
✅ Track leads, quotes, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
✅ Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
✅ Deliver impactful presentations to showcase Forza’s product range.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ A proven track record in sales, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or architectural sectors.
✅ Experience in account management and high-value contract negotiation.
✅ Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
✅ A full, clean UK driving license.
