Technical Support Engineer – Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical customer support via phone and email, logging all activities using Zendesk.
* Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for hardware and software products.
* Assist with installations and technical support at customer sites when needed.
* Monitor hosted services for site faults or data anomalies and notify relevant stakeholders.
* Manage the RMA process and ensure customer satisfaction with timely follow-ups.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs.
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
Technical Support Engineer – What We’re Looking For:
* GCSE or higher in Maths is required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Qualifications in electronics or IT are advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of installing and maintaining SQL databases is beneficial.
* Valid driver’s licence.
