Within Resourcing, Skills and Development (RSD) we engage with the whole organisation to support their ongoing people challenges, including recruitment, training, development and retention. This role is a valued part of our team and will ensure our senior leaders can focus on supporting front line policing in the best way possible. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has an ability to build relationships quickly, get involved and remain focussed amidst an ever changing environment.
Working closely with the Head of RSD and the senior leadership team you will have visibility over a wide portfolio of people services, therefore confidentiality is key. The role will include, but not limited to; diary and inbox management, accurately recording of decisions and actions and managing a wide range of stakeholders.

Essential Experience
Administrative experience in an office environment if preferable
Experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout
Computer literate : experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software : Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams
