Qualified Teacher for SATs Interventions Position: Qualified Teacher for SATs Interventions Location: Rotherham and Sheffield Duration: Easter until mid-May Salary: £150-£180 per day Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week About the Role: Reed is a proud partner of the Positive Change Alliance supporting over 100 schools across the South Yorkshire region. We are currently supporting a multi-academy trust based in the Rotherham and Sheffield area who are looking for experienced and skilled Teachers to provide essential support to their year 6 children on the approach to SATs. There are multiple schools that have asked for support with this so we will have a variety of opportunities and locations to suit you best. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality SATs intervention sessions to Year 6 students. Assessing students' progress and adapting teaching methods to meet their needs. Collaborating with the class teacher to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning. Providing feedback to the class teacher and SLT to ensure proper support plans and resources are put in place. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Year 6 students. (1 year) SATs experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in collaboration with class teacher to provide the best possible support to children of varying attainment.
