Location: London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office, depending on candidate location)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £70k
We are supporting a global business in London who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leader on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The business are continuing to expand their technology services, and require an experienced leader to manage their Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This role will lead members of the team and will be an escalation point to the wide business.
What You’ll Do:
* Monitor and maintain platform health, stability, and scalability, continuously identifying areas for improvement
* Oversee complex configuration and coding to support global marketing projects and campaigns
* Promote system adoption through training, webinars, and sharing best practices
* Manage cross-brand platform usage and ensure compliance with contractual limits
* Test and implement new functionality as it becomes available on the platform
* Validate existing processes, identify improvements, and manage integrations with other systems
Must-Haves:
* Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect
* Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising, Personalisation, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Audience Builder)
* Strong technical knowledge, including AMPscript, SQL, and managing integrations.
* Experience working with enterprise accounts and multiple Business Units.
* Ability to work some flexible hours to accommodate bi-weekly meetings outside of London hours when needed
* Background in development process implementation and improvement across global or multi-site environments
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in London (Zone 1) depending on candidate location
