You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running and of the Front Office hotel operation, including reception and nights and ensure the delivery of exceptional and unique service standards are met across all areas. You will contribute to the creation of the brand and maximise our reputation, revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations. It’s very important that you are a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team. You must have the ability to role model to you team and ensure they are always friendly, helpful, smart and presentable and it goes without saying that you must have a genuine passion to give excellent customer service that our guest expect from The Relais Henley. Ideally, we are looking for well-rounded Front Office Manager, in similar size and style hotel environment who has a solid financial and commercial awareness. You will be self-motivated forward-thinking individual with strong Front Office background, Knowledge and experience of Guestline/Reslynx, Open Table and Harri would be advantageous.
