Conducting market research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules and quality. Identifying potential areas for improvement within the supply chain. Collaborating with team members to ensure procurement and supply goals are met. Monitoring market trends in the property industry. Managing risks related to procurement and supply chain in the property industry. Profile A successful Buyer should have: Educational qualifications in procurement, supply chain management or a related field. Experience in the property industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record in managing supply chains and procurement processes. Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in our Coalville location. Job Offer A competitive salary range of approximately £36,000 to £44,000 GBP.
