* Salary: Outer London pay scale (£36,413 - £53,994 for 2024-2025)

KS1 Teacher - Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure strong educational outcomes
* Take on subject leadership responsibilities in areas such as Phonics or Early Literacy
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to pupils to support their development
* Create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
* Identify and support pupils with additional learning needs
* Set clear, achievable learning goals tailored to individual students
* Maintain high safeguarding standards at all times
KS1 Teacher - Person Specification
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Passionate about child development and high-quality education
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
* Knowledge of a community language is a plus, given the school's diverse pupil base
