Our client is an automotive business that is looking for a Head of Business to lead their dealership in the Lincoln Area.

Head of Business Duties Include:
1. Lead and develop the team at the dealership.
2. Strategic approach for all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality and profitability.
3. Overall project success including profitability and customer satisfaction.
4. Create and deliver production strategies in line with business aspirations.
Requirements in this Head of Business Role:
1. Experience as Head of Business or General Manager or strong experience at a departmental level with the readiness to step up.
2. Experienced in leading a team from the front and delivering results.
3. Automotive financial acumen.
4. Proactive & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
5. Be an excellent communicator.
6. Have confident IT skills.
7. Man-management and team building skills/experience.
