Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Manager with a genuine interest in engineering and account management. The ideal individual should be comfortable being on the phone and receiving regular client calls.
The successful candidate would not need to be located in Hull - they could work remotely or through a hybrid working pattern.
Sales and Business Development Manager Job Overview
1. Promote sales of the company and discuss sales and marketing activities with company and clients.
2. Developing sales plans for the commercial growth of the business.
3. Creating new sales leads and generating new business sales in line with agreed profit margins.
4. Avenues to grow business will be explored and they will actively monitor competitors.
5. Produce monthly reports.
Sales and Business Development Manager Job Requirements
1. 3+ years in sales and business development within the electronics industry.
2. Don't need to be located in Hull - can work remotely / hybrid working.
3. High level of communication, negotiating and IT skills.
4. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
5. Strong understanding of the electronics industry.
6. Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools to support business development efforts and Microsoft Office Suite.
Sales and Business Development Manager Salary & Benefits
Salary - £50,000 to £80,000 - DOE.
Full time position - 37.5 hours working week.
23 days holiday package + bank holidays.
