We are looking to appoint a hard-working, enthusiastic teaching assistant who will complement our team. The role will primarily be to support children with additional need in accessing a broad and balanced curriculum whilst developing socially and emotionally. The member of staff will be expected to work with children individually, work within small groups and facilitate the child s inclusion and development within the classroom setting under the direction of the year group teacher. Ideally, we would like to appoint a member of staff who can be flexible enough to work with a range of ages throughout the primary school phases.
